Friendly service

I liked that the salesman that helped us with our first 2023 chevy equinox was there to help us with the 2026 Chevy equinox .

Chris Sizemore was an excellent salesman to work with. We had the deal done over the phone and I just drove over after work, signed papers, and was out the door in my new Traverse!

Jody Dillard was very helpful with the recent purchase of our Equinox!

This was quick and easy. Friendly staff is always helpful.

My vehicle first entered the shop on March 5th due to a solenoid issue, and it had to be towed in because it would not go into reverse. Despite the severity of the problem, I was repeatedly told that I could not receive a loaner vehicle until the issue was diagnosed, even though the car was clearly not drivable. This created an unnecessary inconvenience and reflected poor judgment on the situation. I picked the vehicle up on March 18th, but the very next day, March 19th, the check engine light came back on. The vehicle returned to the shop on March 21st, and instead of properly addressing the issue, the code was simply cleared without resolving the underlying problem. After being out of town, I picked the vehicle up again on March 30th. However, by April 1st, the check engine light came back on yet again. The vehicle is now scheduled to return to the shop on April 9th for the same ongoing issue. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The issue has not been properly diagnosed or fixed, resulting in multiple visits, unnecessary downtime, and a lack of confidence in the service provided. I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and problem resolution.

Got in and out fast oil change wasn't there 30 minutes

My salesman ( Jude ) was great - he was helpful, personable, polite and was to answer my questions / concerns, without being overbearing and pushy.

Mark Douglas went above and beyond to get me in a new truck. Highly recommend him as your salesman.

It was a very nice, calm experience, and went very smooth. So far I really like the truck and this is my first GM product that I have owned since my grandfather taught me to drive in his 66 Chevy Bel Air. I really liked that they had a play place for my three children with my mother while my wife and I completed the paperwork.

Called Mrs Kellie at 430pm on a Saturday and told her what we wanted. We got there about 5:30 and left with our car around 7:30pm. Easy, fast process. Kellie and Toby took care of everything and answered all our questions.

The Great salesman Mark helped us out tremendously with every question that we had and after talking to him we felt so much better about our decisions. He helped us in and out of several vehicles and then got us a great final decision in our traverse.

Light came on vehicle to service leveling system both R and L signals work on and off. Called and explained what was going on, Made appt. Drove one hr for appt.service guy said seen several codes on vehicle. After vehicle was checked service guy said everything was OK no codes active. I said but the signals work when they want to. He said when they act up again bring it back in. I live a hr away and not happy anyway that the vehicle I bought l ess than one month and already having to make trips to the service dept. Hours after I left, signals already acting up. Not happy that the problems was not corrected.

Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment it was at 3:30 and my car was done and I was leaving before 4 very quick service. Only thing the reminder sticker they put it over the old one and it has wrong information on it the old one said change oil by 19,543 the new one says change by 19,460 it should be 24,460. And you can see the old sticker through the new one.

Great service getting our warranty work done.

Keith was a great salesman. The warranty discussions and finance after were confusing and too fast-paced. We were financed for 75 months, then when the warranty was added, the terms jumped to 84 months without our knowledge. We thought the new payment was still for 75 months. That’s a significantly higher difference in price than we thought.

I brought my brand new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado High Country in, had it 3 weeks and discovered my dash was installed incorrectly with gap between dash and windshield. Central said they took pictures and GM approve the issue to be resolved. Took it to my tint person and the gap is still there, and looks to never been touched.

Completely satisfied with the service I received from everyone involved. Disappointed that my extended warranty didn’t cover the repair that was clearly an issue that GM is having with this engine and I was told that the issue was no fault of my own. I asked if the issue was any fault of my own and I was told no. Disappointed with GM.

I sent the following text and a couple photos to our salesman, but have not heard back, the driver door has a nick / bump under the door cap you guys installed. Also we heard a noise like a rock in the passenger front wheel, thought it was a rock but when i took the hub cap off it was a lug nut just rolling around that was not installed.

I worked with Alec Humlet at Central Chevrolet in Jonesboro, AR. He was excellent! My first visit to the dealership included a test drive and a brief "education" of how the car functioned. Alec was very knowledgeable. He was kind and caring when explaining things to a 67 year old woman. He was flexible with my schedule. I loved the SUV and I felt confident in the service I received from Alec but also about future needs from the service department. The only car they had on the lot in the make and model I wanted was white. I asked if they could get the car in red. Alec started working on that right away and had the vehicle the very next day. I had to wait for my insurance money from when my car was totaled. Alec and his managers were very patient. On my second visit to the dealership, I took the vehicle on a test drive, we signed the paperwork, Alec went over all the features of the car and helped set up OnStar and the MyChevy App, and I drove off the lot as a very happy chevrolet owner.

They did a good job with the oil change and tire rotation in a reasonable amount of time.

Our salesperson was great to work with and even helped us the next day on his day off. I purchased a 2026 Traverse, and while I could have gotten it for about $6,000 less in Texas, I didn’t want to put the extra miles on it by driving it back. The vehicles are a bit overpriced, but this one was the closest to what I wanted, so I decided to move forward with the purchase. They did take a little off the price, which I appreciated. Overall, I know I likely paid more than I would have elsewhere, but I still chose to buy it. If you can, I would recommend shopping around.

Older service advisor guy was a dick. Rude and not a people person. I come there to use you for a service and get treated like it was an inconvenience for him to have to do anything.

It was questionable if my problem was going to be covered under warranty or not. The issue was faulty from the purchase of the vehicle it was just not faulty 100% of the time. It was a light issue that worked more often than not. In the end the faulty part was replaced under warranty as it should have been. I am happy with how this turned out.

Alex Sparr helped me find a great vechile. He was so nice, polite and very helpful. I will be a returning customer.
