Todd, the service writer, was very polite and helpful. I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. That being said, I left not very satisfied with the outcome. They pulled my Tahoe in and started service, but then brought a tray of liquids out for me to look at. They told me my coolant, brakes, and transmission fluids were contaminated. I agreed to the coolant flush and price. Next, they said my battery was only showing 10.7 volts and needed replaced. I asked them to put the battery on charge and he agreed. Finally the service and coolant flush was finished..I paid and pulled off the lot. Got down the road and my check engine light came on. The light was not on before I came to the dealership for service. Needless to say I was not very happy. I called Todd and he said bring my vehicle back in and they would check it. When I got there Todd was busy, so another person came out and plugged in to my vehicle to see what was throwing the code. He walks past me without saying a word to me and goes in to the service department. The man brings Todd out and they say my battery voltage is low and that’s the reason for the engine light coming on. They said I need to replace the battery. I thought it was strange that my check engine light was not on before I got there the first time. I admit I got a little flustered thinking I was being taken advantage of, but I had a new battery installed for $370!!! When I left the dealership I had dropped over $700 dollars on a $133 oil change. I had a short conversation with the dealership manger and he showed no empathy at all. It was like “You don’t like it, then leave”. Those were not the words he said, but that was the feeling I got. I have bought three vehicles from The Central group over the last couple of years. This the first time I ever felt that I was not important. People work hard for the money they spend, so my advice is treat everyone with the respect they deserve.

Almost every time I get my vehicle serviced here, no one resets the oil change. Yesterday it was the air filter. Train your employees better to follow through.
